The Metals We Commonly Weld

The Metals We Commonly Weld

  • Aluminum
  • Carbon Steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Alloy Steel

U.S. Precision’s Welders Specialize In…

MIG Welding (metal inert gas)
Suitable for thick material as well as thin. A wire electrode produces the arc.

TIG Welding (tungsten inert gas)
This method is used for thinner gauge stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.

At USP, parts we fabricate are inspected by our dedicated QC staff before welding begins to ensure the metal used meets customer specification.

For each product, we consider the overall strength, weight and and ductility of the metal. Because each metal responds differently depending on temperature and the manner in which it can be controlled, we can help our clients make sure the proper materials are being acquired and used.

Collaborative Robotic Welding System

Our Lincoln Electric Cobot Welder combines the precision of robotics with the flexibility and safety of human collaboration. Designed for small to medium fabrication shops, this advanced system allows for consistent, high-quality welds with minimal setup and training time.
